RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have 30 days to return the product in its original brand new and uninstalled condition. You must include original packaging, manuals, accessories, etc. All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival and may result in up to a 50% restocking fee if the product is not in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all costs related to original shipping and return shipping, even if the original purchase stated free shipping. Once merchandise is received and inspected, you will be credited the original amount less any shipping and restocking fees. For all returns you must request an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization). If a product is sent back without an RMA, you will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Once you receive the RMA, you can ship the product back in its original package. Once we receive the product back, it will be inspected and a refund will be given. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request and RMA and receive approval for a return.
Some merchandise, including installed equipment and electrical/electronic replacement parts, are non-refundable. Clearance and “AS IS” merchandise are non-refundable.
Home Spa Outlet LLC reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges at any time, for any reason.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled prior to your product being shipped. If you cancel your order after it has been shipped or refuse delivery, the return policy applies and you will be responsible for any fees incurred. Please keep in mind we try to ship products within 1-2 business days of your order being placed for small packages, and 5 business days for large packages.
DAMAGE
For UPS, or FedEx deliveries that arrive damaged, please alert us immediately. If damage is reported within 7 days, we are able to file a claim on your behalf allowing for faster resolution. If your product is damaged when you open it, please contact us so we can assist with replacement options. If your product is delivered by LTL and arrives slightly damaged, please notate this on the bill of lading. If the product has incurred extensive damage, please refuse delivery and alert us immediately. Home Spa Outlet, LLC will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. If a return is desired instead of replacement, the "Standard Return Policy" above applies and there may be a restocking fee that will be deducted from the credit.

Since we are in no way experts on all the items up for auction we are not be able to provide technical support over the phone at this time.
